A man jailed for raping a woman at the Colac Bachelors and Spinsters ball has lost an appeal against his conviction.
The victim was raped by two men in a camping area at the Irrewillipe Recreation Reserve on February 13 in 2016.
Ryan James Keogh of Trentham appealed against the conviction on the grounds it was unsound.
His County Court trial last year was told the victim told Police she couldn't breathe as Keogh and his friend raped her.
The Court of Appeal has upheld Keogh's conviction and jail term of three and a half years with a minimum of one and a half years.
The second convicted rapist Patrick McGrath of Kyneton was given a three year youth justice order.
