South Colac have climbed back into the top five

South Colac have climbed back into the top five after their convincing 30 goal win over Birregurra. The Roos controlled the match right through to record their 73 to 43 win. Ally Harrington top scored with 38 goals for the winners with Edwina Parker and Nicole Mitchell named in their best players. Saskia Douglas-Dekker continued her great season by scoring 32 goals for the Saints with Molly Buchanan and Ashlee Williamson named in their best players.

Simpson proved their the premiership favorites still when they recorded their 14 goal win against Lorne in the top of the table clash. In what could be the Grand Final preview the Tigers controlled the match its entire length building their lead up at each change to finally run out 42 to 28 winners. Emily Duynhoven top scored for the Tigers scoring 25 goals with Paige Mason and Rachel Mason named in their best players. Lorne coach Carly Enticott top scored for the Dolphins with 16 goals with Beth Loubey and Ginger Brown named in their best players.

Irrewarra Beeac remain a win and half inside the top five after recording a vital two goal win against Otway Districts. In a thrilling contest all match the Bombers trailed by two goals at the each change but from there kept their noses ahead to win 40 to 38. Courtney Garner top scored for the Bombers with 25 goals with Ruby Marwood and Jeremi Robinsom name in their best players. Calire Robertson top scored for the Demons with 14 goals while Claire Evans and Brooke Hawkins were named in their best players.

Alvie have continued their impressive mid-season form by defeating thr Western Eagles by 23 goals. The win now places the Swans just one win behind second place Lorne. Alvie dominated the match and built their lead at every change to run out 55 to 32 winners. Maggie Eldridge top scored for the Swans with 30 goals while Sara Morrissy and Dallas Williamson were named in their best players. Jenny Fish returned to the court top scoring for the Eagles with 19 goals while Lilian Kent and Alexandra Genua were named in their best players.

Colac Imperials scored their fourth win of the season when they defeated Apollo Bay 61 to 29. Meagan Kerr top scored for the Imperials with 28 goals while Renee Henry and Rhiannon Whitson were named in their best players. Katie Monaghan scored 19 goals for the Hawks with Cara Hudson and Katherine Schrederis were named in their best players.
